My Name is Gerhard Weber
Since app. 2001 I am making knives. Although some of my knives are forged, I rather use the stock removal technique by grinding the blade out od a solid piece of metal. My speciality is the complex heat treatment to make the most out of every kind of steel.
As passionate cook, fisherman and carriar of folding knives, I can use my knives daily and can therefore improve these knives continuously. Additionally, I get suggestions from other users.
My target is that 50% of my knives will outlive me!
